• Coach & Inspire: Lead a dedicated team of 4–10 people. You’re the one who keeps spirits high, discipline tight, and the team winning.
• Master of the Metrics: Own those production targets! You’ll track KPIs and find creative ways to smash our goals and keep us efficient.
• The Ultimate Fixer: When production hits a snag, you’re the hero. Whether it’s troubleshooting equipment or smoothing out a process, you’ve got the solution.
• Safety Champion: You’ll make sure everyone goes home safe by keeping our safety metrics and compliance on point.
