We are currently hiring a dependable Line Cook/Food Service Worker for a facility kitchen environment. This position involves preparing and serving meals on a food line while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule & Pay

• $16/hour
• Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Consistent weekly schedule

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and assist with meal setup
• Serve meals on a food line
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and serving areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently in a team environment

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food service experience helpful
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and attendance required
• Must be comfortable working inside a correctional facility and serving inmates directly
• Must be able to pass a clean background check
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures closely
