Job Title: Pool Technician
Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hr+ based on experience
Location: Osceola
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7a - 5p Occasional Saturdays. overtime as needed
We are seeking a hands-on Technician to join our growing team. This role involves working on construction-related projects with exposure to multiple skilled trades. The position offers year-round work with opportunities to expand skills through cross-training in the off-season.
Perform on-site construction and repair work for various projects.
Operate and maintain heavy equipment as needed.
Work with concrete installation and repairs.
Assist with HVAC and plumbing installation or repairs.
Participate in cross-training during the winter months to broaden skill sets.
Mechanical/construction background
Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
Preferred:
Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of water chemistry and water balance principles
Concrete work experience
Trades certifications (Bonus)
