Yard Attendant – Napa, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming materials in the yard

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using manual labor or equipment (if certified)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, work areas, and walkways

• Inspect materials for quality, damage, or proper labeling

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed

• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, stacking, lifting, and moving materials

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Previous yard, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus (not mandatory)
