Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a skilled opportunity in Wentzville, MO — ideal for candidates living in Wentzville, O'Fallon, Lake Saint Louis, Troy, and surrounding St. Charles County communities. Please note: this position is based in Wentzville and may not be a practical commute for candidates in St. Louis City or far east St. Louis County.

About the Role

You'll be working in a specialized industrial painting environment, handling a variety of surface preparation and finishing tasks on truck beds and other surfaces. This is a hands-on skilled trade role requiring both technical knowledge and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, clean, and paint truck beds and surfaces using primers, polyurethanes, lacquer thinner finishes, and related materials
• Tape, sand, repair, and apply texturing layers on a variety of surfaces
• Operate, clean, and maintain all painting equipment including brushes, sprayers, robotic spray guns, and pumps
• Safely store and label all materials; maintain records and submit work reports
• Erect scaffolding, rigging, and ladders in compliance with safety codes
• Support robot operation and programming as needed

Shift & Pay

• Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
• All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

What You'll Need

• Prior industrial or automotive painting experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Knowledge of robots and robot programming a strong asset
• Familiarity with TS and ISO requirements preferred
• Blueprint reading ability and basic computer skills
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment
