Three-Roll Mill Operator (3rd Shift)
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $21.50–$23.50/hour, paid weekly

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Three-Roll Mill Operator for 3rd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working with ink batches using three-roll mills, ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who takes pride in quality work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor three-roll mills to finish and refine ink batches
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Use a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished goods
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area (messy environment)
• Weigh and stage materials as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of stable work history in manufacturing or machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Able to handle physical work and lift as needed
• Reliable attendance
• Comfortable working in an industrial, messy environment
