Three-Roll Mill Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour, paid weekly

We’re hiring a skilled Three-Roll Mill Operator to join a fast-paced production team in Edwardsville. This is a hands-on role working with ink batches using three-roll mills, ideal for someone who has solid mechanical skills and takes pride in doing detailed, quality work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor three-roll mills to finish ink batches
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Use a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished goods
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area (this can be a messy environment)
• Weigh and stage materials as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of stable work history in manufacturing or machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Able to handle physical work and lift as needed
• Reliable attendance
• Comfortable working in an industrial, messy environment
