We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Catering Event Staff to support food and beverage service at events in Napa. This role includes setting up event spaces, serving guests, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and breaking down equipment at the end of the event. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Serve food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy
Set up event spaces, including tables, linens, service stations, and décor
Break down and clean event areas after service
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest needs promptly
Communicate clearly with team members and event leads
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
