Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Branch Hours)

As the front line of the branch, you’ll support both teller and member service functions, helping members with their everyday banking needs while delivering exceptional service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and member service functions in accordance with policies and procedures
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance with accuracy
• Balance daily transactions and maintain proper financial records
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs
• Uphold confidentiality and high ethical standards in all member interactions

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance accuracy with efficiency in a busy environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 1 year of front-line customer service or sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of cumulative cash-handling experience
• Teller experience in a financial institution strongly preferred
• Credit must be in good standing
• Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA Rules and Regulations
