Responsibilities

• Fabricate build and repair lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belts

• Install and vulcanize belts and various conveyor components

• Read work orders to accurately measure cut splice and assemble belting materials

• Receive and verify incoming materials to ensure order accuracy

• Maintain an organized shop area and follow all safety protocols

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations

• Comfortable using hand tools and working in a physical fabrication environment

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed to meet customer demand

• Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy belting materials
