Material Handler

Located in Elk Grove village, IL

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Warehouse Material Handler at our steel distribution company.

Schedule: 1st Shift 3:00AM -3:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all material is properly labeled identified and packed
• Operate banding equipment to securely package steel and place finished goods onto skids.
• Assist with material flow throughout the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Support machine operators as needed to maintain production processes.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• • Ability to stand for long periods of time during shifts

  • Availability to work 1st Shift from 3:00AM to 3:00PM

  • Willingness to work consistent overtime including extended hours to meet high demand

  • Strong work ethic and reliability to ensure production schedules are met
