Salary: $15/hr+BOE

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a DATA ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK for one of our great Valdosta, GA warehouse clients.

Data Entry / Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and accurately enter orders
  • Perform data entry with attention to detail
  • Use computer systems efficiently, including ERP systems
  • Answer phones using proper professional phone etiquette
  • Professionally carry out all duties while maintaining excellent customer service

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • $15/hr to start or Based on Experience (BOE)

Data Entry / Customer Service Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience
  • Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Dependable, coachable, and professional
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
