Express Employment Professionals is looking for a PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for one of our great Valdosta clients.

Property Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Groundskeeping and general property upkeep
• Small appliance repair
• Repair and maintenance of locks, windows, and blinds
• Drywall installation, maintenance, and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting (experience preferred)

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM
• Pay: $16/hr+ BOE

Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to successfully pass a Maintenance Basic Skills Test
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited facility
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical job duties as required
