• Perform general landscaping duties including trimming, edging, and blowing
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Assist with mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided)
• Assist with hardscaping projects (patios, retaining walls, walkways) when needed
• Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
