1st Shift - FCA - General Laborer

Located in Lafayette, IN

Salary: $16.50/hour

Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (occasional overtime available)

 

Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Entry-Level General Labor role inside a packaging manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll help build custom crates and packaging used to protect products during shipping. No prior experience is required—you will train on the tools and processes you need to succeed.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Build wooden crates, pallets, and packaging materials
• Use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• Follow simple work instructions and diagrams
• Load and move materials as needed
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Assist with packaging projects at customer locations when needed
• Work as part of a team to complete daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with tools, construction, or warehouse work
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
