WE'RE HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS MACHINE OPERATOR IN NEAR ARLINGTON HEIGHT. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

1st Shift - $22.50/hr 

2nd/3rd - $24.50/hr 

Schedule: Monday–Friday Schedule - Weekly Pay
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and running laminating machine
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Perform first piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality production
• Complete production documentation including quantities and setup times
• Identify equipment issues and report maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience using measuring tools such as: Calipers, Micrometers, Height gauges
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude
