Production Associate

Salary: $16.50 per hour

We are a growing plastic fencing manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, durable products for residential and commercial use. Our team values safety, efficiency, and reliability, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our production team.

 

Position Overview:
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping operate machinery, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth production flow. This position follows a rotating schedule, requiring flexibility to work different shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

 

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts (e.g., days/evening/nights)
• Includes weekends and potential overtime
• Typical shift length: [8 hours]

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion and production equipment
• Inspect finished fencing products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work a rotating schedule and overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
