Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking hardworking and dependable candidates for Landscape Crew openings in Hugo, MN. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $19–$27/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – Done (end time varies by project)

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and general landscape upkeep

• Support seasonal tasks such as spring/fall cleanups and debris removal

• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

• Work as part of a crew to complete daily routes and maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience required

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet all day

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work well in a team environment
