Responsibilities of the Business Operations Manager:

• Sells products using technical, organizational and customer knowledge
• Reviews drafting designs for compliance
• Oversees office staff of two plus
• Computes costs – labor, material and time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Business Operations Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• 5-10 years of shop floor experience
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
