We are hiring for both Inside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Representatives. 1. Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will support daily branch operations by assisting customers, processing orders, preparing quotes, and helping contractors and homeowners with roofing material needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales within the roofing and construction industry.

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

• Must have some type of construction experience (roofing, framing, warehouse, building materials, landscaping, labor, etc.)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers, contractors, and homeowners

• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales orders

• Coordinate deliveries and product availability

• Learn roofing products and materials

• Provide excellent customer service

Pay:

Salaried (Depends on experience)

2. Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, managing contractor accounts, and increasing sales throughout the Savannah and surrounding Coastal Georgia market.

Requirements:

• Previous roofing sales experience required

• Strong construction background required

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

• Established relationships with contractors is a plus

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, builders, and commercial clients

• Generate new business through networking and prospecting

• Visit job sites and customer locations

• Prepare bids, pricing, and product recommendations

• Meet sales goals and grow territory accounts

• Stay current on local market trends and competitors

Pay:

Base salary + commission (high earning potential)
