Job Summary The Warehouse Worker supports daily operations within an appliances warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, handled, and shipped accurately and safely. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming appliance shipments for accuracy and damage

• Safely move, lift, and position large appliances using proper equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup

• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and tracking systems

• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse aisles, and rotating inventory

• Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring products are secured properly

• Perform quality checks to ensure appliances are clean, undamaged, and ready for shipment

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred (appliance or large-item handling a plus)

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (often 50–75 lbs)

• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
