Maintenance Worker 

Pay : $19- 21/ hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleanings on Bathroom and Kitchen vents.
• Clean compactors and trash chutes utilizing power washing tools. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina 

Work Environment:

• May work in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting
• May involve working evenings, weekends shifts
