We are currently seeking a Chemical Blender to support daily production operations in a chemical manufacturing environment. This hands‑on role is critical to ensuring accurate formulations, consistent quality, and proper handling of raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate is detail‑driven, safety‑minded, and comfortable working with batch processes and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Chemical Blender, you’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality chemical blends that meet internal, customer, and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manufacture, label, and package all production chemistry per batch specifications
• Ensure accurate formulation and quality control of all blends
• Verify products meet internal standards and ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Read, follow, and document batch tickets, ensuring data is recorded accurately
• Measure and verify ingredients using assigned analytical and production equipment
• Properly store and handle raw materials and finished goods
• Follow established forklift operation and material handling protocols
• Assist with cycle counting and annual physical inventories
• Recommend process improvements to the Production Team Leader
• Maintain accountability for personal safety through proper PPE usage
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

Education & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical knowledge of chemistry and math strongly preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a structured, production‑based environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to meet all PPE requirements
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to regularly bend, reach, climb ladders, and operate a forklift
• Must be able to work on your feet in an active production environment

Work Environment

• Chemical production/manufacturing setting
• Exposure to chemicals and industrial processes with required safety controls
