Pay: $14/hr (increase to $16/hr upon full-time hire)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Data Processing Clerk for an order entry position in Chandler, OK.

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM until completion
• Typically 5:00–6:00 PM end time (12:00–1:00 PM on Saturdays)
• Must be flexible to stay until all work is completed

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter distributor credit tickets and order assignments
• Verify and compare distributor payments
• Maintain and track accounts receivable records
• Communicate with branches and process daily batch work
• Handle special order processing
• Assist with interoffice mail and deliveries as needed
• Lift up to 60 lbs and support general office operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• 10-key and basic math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask
• Strong communication skills and reliability
