Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initial cost estimation through final delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of building methods, materials, and project coordination. The ideal candidate can balance analytical precision with leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions
• Analyze material costs
• Solicit and evaluate bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Identify potential cost risks and value-engineering opportunities
• Maintain and update internal CRM system with accurate records and correspondence

Project Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones
• Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools (AutoCAD experience a huge plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
