Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Must be flexible for overtime and occasional weekends
• May work 10-hour shifts during peak production periods

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coil Loader with strong manufacturing experience to support production operations. This role involves operating forklifts daily, handling heavy steel coils, and assisting with machine operation and basic welding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift throughout the entire shift to move and load coils
• Handle steel coils weighing up to 5,000 lbs safely and efficiently
• Assist with welding coils together as needed
• Support machine operation in the production process
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience (required)
• Strong manufacturing and/or mechanical background
• Ability to work with heavy materials in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Basic knowledge of welding or machine operation is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Training

• Initial training will be conducted on 1st shift
• Training duration: Minimum of 2 weeks
• Transition to 2nd shift after training completion
