Job Title: Stockroom Clerk
Location: Ventura County, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (ITAR Qualified)
Pay: $18 – $20/hour

Overview:
A company in the electronics industry is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for order pulling, inventory control, receiving, packaging, and shipping of electronic components and finished goods. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform stockroom tasks including loading, unloading, picking, packing, sorting, and stocking materials
• Pull and kit orders accurately based on work orders and customer requirements
• Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory against physical stock
• Receive and process inbound materials
• Package and prepare electronic products for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Enter inventory and shipping data into internal systems
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
• Identify and work with electronic component part numbers, including manufacturer part numbers

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Ability to follow processes and work under supervision
• Familiarity with electronic components is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Experience Requirements:
• 1–2 years of stockroom, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Experience working with electronic components or in an electronics environment is a plus

Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 60 minutes at a time)
• Frequent bending, repetitive movements, and packaging activities
