We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and ensuring products meet high standards before they reach the real world.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform and document quality tests (mechanical, thermal, and visual inspections)
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformances, and report findings
• Assist with test setups and data collection for product evaluation
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and testing equipment
• Work with shop tools and equipment as needed to support inspection and testing
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• (Level III) Help lead quality activities and mentor junior technicians

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma (trade school or technical training is a plus)
• Experience in quality control, inspection, or a hands-on technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with quality systems is a plus)
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, or work instructions (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

• Active, hands-on role with standing and walking throughout the day
• Mix of indoor and outdoor work in a lab or production setting
• Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
