We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our apartment community. Responsibilities include routine landscaping, trash removal, and general upkeep of common areas to ensure a well-maintained environment for residents and guests.

Duties may include mowing, edging, blowing, and maintaining walkways, as well as performing minor maintenance tasks as needed. This role also requires periodic power washing of buildings, sidewalks, and other surfaces to uphold property standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, and capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions. Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
