Job Title: Challah Baker (2nd Shift)

Location: East Providence, Rhode Island
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

The Role

We are seeking a Challah Baker to support production through scaling, mixing, and shaping dough. This role is essential to maintaining product consistency and meeting daily production goals.

You’ll be working with dough daily, developing consistency, speed, and feel. This role is physical, repetitive in the best way, and requires real attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Mix dough batches according to established formulas and procedures
Accurately scale dough to meet formula specifications
Hand-shape varieties of products while maintaining consistency in size and appearance
Follow daily production schedules and batch requirements
Monitor dough quality and adjust as needed within set guidelines

Qualifications
