We are seeking experienced and reliable painters for a short-term project painting balconies at condominium properties on the island. This position involves brush and roll painting and requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Paint exterior balconies using brush and roll methods
• Prepare surfaces as needed (light cleaning, scraping, touch-ups)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow project instructions and safety guidelines
• Complete work efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Clear criminal background required
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Experience with brush and roll painting preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights
• Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the full project length
