CNC Press Brake Operator (Intermediate to Advanced – 5 Axis)

Location: Ontario, Ca
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with intermediate to advanced skills to support custom and production bending in a sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC controls, 5-axis machines, and the ability to perform precise setups and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (5-axis preferred) for custom and production bending.
Perform punch and die setup and make adjustments as needed for accuracy.
Navigate and operate CNC control systems efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company standards.

Qualifications

Intermediate to advanced experience operating CNC press brake machines.
Experience with 5-axis press brake operations preferred.
Strong understanding of custom sheet metal fabrication and production processes.
Ability to perform punch/die setup and machine adjustments.
Familiarity with CNC controls and programming/navigation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
