HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Location: Ontario , Ca 
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a structured and hands-on HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can balance employee relations with company compliance, maintain organization, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain accurate I-9 records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with updating HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation.
• Support and train supervisors on HR best practices and compliance.
• Assist with workplace safety initiatives and HR-related reporting.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR processes.
• Understanding of California labor laws and compliance basics.
• Bilingual Spanish (required).
• Experience with QuickBooks payroll preferred (not required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, structured, and confident—firm but fair approach to HR.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
