CHAIN TEST LABORER - HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Express Employment is seeking a Chain Test Laborer for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Duluth, MN. We are looking for candidates who want a stable role with consistent hours and opportunity to build skills. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and who values teamwork.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour + benefits after successful probationary period 

This company manufactures heavy-duty lifting gear used by cranes and industrial equipment to safely handle heavy loads. Experience in warehouse, manual labor, or industrial environments preferred. 
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM! TRAINING IS PROVIDED!

Responsibilities: 

• Building chain assemblies
• Repair hoists and related equipment
• Assisting with testing and inspecting chains and lifting equipment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Following safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality work
• Enjoys hands-on, physical work
• Possess troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
