• Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel components to exact specifications
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job instructions
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures consistently

• Proven TIG and MIG welding experience (stainless steel required)
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
