We’re growing our Downtown Tampa team and looking for a driven Recruiting Specialist who’s ready to make an impact—every single day.

 

About the Role:

As a Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be the link between great talent and great jobs.
You’ll recruit, interview, and deliver outstanding candidate experience while keeping our hiring process moving quickly and smoothly.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates in the right roles
• Build strong, long term relationships with associates
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, text, and in person
• Manage calls, applications, and candidate data with precision
• Support the team and keep the front office running smoothly
• Show up with positive energy and a solutions focused mindset

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience + college degree
• Bilingual (Spanish required)
• Tech savvy and eager to learn
• Driven, resilient, and goal oriented
• Strong people skills with a relationship first approach
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable
