Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Packaging Associate for a licensed cannabis production company in Grants Pass. As a Packaging Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant packaging of cannabis products in accordance with OLCC regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, package, label, and seal cannabis flower, edibles, concentrates, and pre-rolls
• Ensure all product labeling is OLCC-compliant, including batch IDs, potency, and required health warnings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging and storage areas
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
• Complete daily logs and production paperwork as required
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the production and compliance teams

Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
• High attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous experience in cannabis, food production, or warehouse packaging preferred but not required
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with OLCC guidelines
