We are currently seeking a high-caliber Chef or Sous Chef to join a growing culinary team in Sparta, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in creating high-quality, fresh dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a variety of menu items with consistency and attention to detail
Work with fresh ingredients, including salads, pastries, and specialty items
Operate and cook using a fire oven (experience with artisan or wood-fired pizzas preferred)
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Chef or Sous Chef required
Strong background in pastries, fire oven pizzas, and fresh cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented
