Material Handler – Aurora, IL

A company in Aurora, IL is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join their team. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. If you have a solid work history and hands-on warehouse experience, this role could be a great fit.

 

THIS IS NOT A FORKLIFT POSITION. YOU WILL SPEND 80% - 90% OF YOUR DAY ON FOOT. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Perform receiving of incoming inventory

• Operate a sit-down forklift (experience not required and will train if needed)

• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate stock flow

• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, including operating a floor scrubbing machine

• Take out trash and assist with general warehouse upkeep

• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a productive workflow

Qualifications

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience required

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift is a plus

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
