Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Summary
Our client, a company in Cary, IL, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their 1st shift team. In this role, you will monitor multiple high-speed machines, perform product quality checks, fill machine hoppers, complete record-keeping duties, and move boxes using a hand truck.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:20 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate multiple high-speed machines
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products
• Fill machine hoppers with materials
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Move boxes using a hand truck

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Detail-oriented mindset
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
