Warehouse Clerk – Garden City Area

Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Occasionally required

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Clerk for the Garden City area. This role requires someone who can work independently, take direction, and help lead daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time daily, at least 10 minutes prior to shift start
• Open and close facility operations as needed
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and inventory activities across multiple crews
• Direct and support clerks, equipment operators, and labor staff
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
• Report equipment issues, facility damages, and missing tools
• Assist with communication involving third parties such as drivers and vendors
• Work overtime when required
• Notify management in advance of any absence or tardiness

Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Previous warehouse or clerk experience preferred
