Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our client in Bay Point, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a background in construction, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering Incoming Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

2. Multi-tasking: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately and within established timeframes.

3. Great CSR Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers and addressing their needs.

4. Light Package Handling: Assist with the handling and processing of light packages, ensuring proper packaging and accurate documentation.

5. Filing, Copying, and Faxing: Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, making copies, and sending/receiving faxes to support office operations.

6. Detail-Oriented: Pay close attention to detail when handling customer information, processing orders, and performing other tasks to ensure accuracy and precision.

7. Basic Computer Skills: Utilize basic computer skills to navigate software systems, enter data, and communicate effectively through email and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Previous experience in a construction background. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of common office software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
