This position is responsible for operating and maintaining tumbler and split line machines used in the manufacturing of products. Pay: Up to $18/hr+ overtime opportunities

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-3:30pm (Saturdays as needed)

 This Job is a Great Fit If You:

• Like to work on your feet and stay moving throughout the day
• Are comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly
• Can handle repetitive movements (hands, arms, shoulders)
• Thrive in a factory or industrial environment

Key Responsibilities:

 Machine Operation:

• Set up, operate, and monitor tumbler and split line machines to process products according to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and minimize downtime.

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and surface finish.
• Perform routine checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

 Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical issues promptly to minimize production delays.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all plant safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Physical & Environmental Expectations:

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks with arms and hands
• Work in a factory setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
