We are seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations in a cold storage environment. This role involves forklift operation, handling full pallet shipments, and maintaining an organized workspace. Cold-weather gear is provided. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment.Pay:$25Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:• Load and unload trailers in freezing temperatures • Pick and prepare full pallet orders for shipment • Move and stack palletized product (up to 6 high) • Perform basic forklift inspections and checks • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:• Ability to work well in a team and follow direction • Experience with RF scanners (training provided) • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in cold conditions for 1–3 hours at a time • Basic computer and warehouse system knowledge
