Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Demo Technician to support demolition and job site activities in Anaheim. This role involves assisting with the removal of materials, site clean-up, and supporting crews with various tasks on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition of structures, concrete, or materials as directed
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist with breaking concrete, removing debris, and site clean-up
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
  • Support crew members with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous construction or demolition experience preferred
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred

  • Experience with concrete breaking, cutting, or job site clean-up
  • Familiarity with construction site safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus
