Pipefitter (Traveling) – Fort Worth, TX

We are currently hiring an experienced Pipefitter for a growing team in the DFW area. This role requires hands-on experience with threaded and/or welded piping systems and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Steamfitting experience is a plus, but not required.

This position offers a mix of travel work and shop time.

Pay

$25–$35/hour, depending on experience

Schedule / Travel

25–50% travel required
Typical rotation: 1 week on the road, 1 week in the shop (DFW area)
When not traveling, you will be working locally in the shop

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems (threaded and welded)
Cut, thread, and fit pipe
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems
Work with valves, fittings, and related components
Follow safety procedures

Requirements

Previous Pipefitting experience required (threaded or welded)
Mechanically inclined
Ability to read blueprints
Must be comfortable with travel
Reliable and dependable

Preferred

Steamfitting experience
Industrial or commercial experience

Additional Info
