Salary: $19.00-$28.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 2:45pm - 12:45am

Pay: $19.00-$28.00/HR

Duties:

  • Set up, operate, and inspect CNC press brake equipment according to work instructions.

  • Bend, notch, punch, form, roll, arc, or straighten metal plates, sheet metal, and structural shapes based on blueprints or sketches.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and job specifications.

  • Verify dimensions using calipers, protractors, tape measures, and other precision tools.

  • Inspect workpieces for defects, accuracy, and overall quality.

  • Load and unload materials; position workpieces properly in the machine.

  • Perform repetitive bending and forming operations while maintaining consistent quality.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery, metal brake press, or press brake equipment (entry‑level C‑level).

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints, interpret measurements, and convert fractions to decimals.

  • Basic understanding of trigonometry used in bending and forming operations.

  • Good reading and writing skills for documenting work and following instructions.

  • Ability to bend, lift, load, and unload materials; lift up to 50 lbs; sit or stand for extended periods; perform repetitive tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
