Location: Sparta, TN Manufacturing Facility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Overtime available)
Pay Rate: Starting at $14.88/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Perform assembly and packaging tasks efficiently and accurately
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Requirements:

• Steel-toed shoes required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment:

• Hands-on role using assembly machinery
• Team-oriented setting with consistent hours and overtime opportunities
