Job Title: Inner Bar Machining Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Sparta, TN
Pay Rate: $14.88 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime available on Fridays and occasional weekends based on production needs

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor inner bar machining equipment
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Make basic machine adjustments and report any issues
• Support team goals by meeting daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year manufacturing experience is required 
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with good attendance
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
