Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Success in this role means quickly identifying issues, making effective repairs, and keeping equipment reliable across shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues to restore equipment functionality
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to reduce unplanned downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs and modifications
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs during production
• Document maintenance work and communicate issues to leadership and incoming shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or machinery maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Working knowledge of PLC systems and basic diagnostics
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment repair
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
• Basic welding skills for repair work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or production environments
• Formal training or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• May require climbing ladders and working in tight or elevated spaces
• Use of standard maintenance tools and personal protective equipment required
